This harvest comes from the lush and diverse mountain preserves of Lempira, where coffee shrubs thrive in rich clay soil and are fertilized naturally by native Inga trees. This method of growing saves water, allows the indigenous Mesoamerican farmers to avoid the use of harmful chemicals, and encourages biodiversity.
Light roasts are bright, with notes of tangy orange, sweet apple, and toasted almond.
Medium roasts have excellent body with notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate, and caramel apples.
Darker roasts feature a bold taste of toasted almond and cocoa with lingering notes of brown sugar.
