When will my order ship?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm CST. Orders received outside of these hours process the following business day. As soon as your order is packed, we’ll send its tracking number to your email to let you know it’s on the way. We typically ship same-day, however it may take longer depending on our daily volume. Once shipped, carriers can typically guarantee 2-3 business day shipping.

What does “available on backorder” mean?

Occasionally, we’ll run out of certain coffees. While we wait for a fresh supply, you’re still able to reserve that coffee for when it becomes available.

Why is this coffee out of stock? When will it be available again?

Sometimes our producers run out of stock from their last harvest. In the spirit of transparency and to avoid confusion, we mark such coffee as “out of stock” because we don’t know when it’ll be available again. Most coffee is available as soon as the next harvest is processed, but more rare varieties like heirlooms may be unavailable for a while. Have a coffee you’d like to see again? Contact us!

What is your return policy?

We will happily accept all unopened bags of coffee for a full refund. Unopened bags are inspected and donated to our local homeless shelters when able. Simply contact us with your order number and we will send shipping instructions. Refunds will be dispensed upon our receipt of your order.

If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you! Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns; however, we will do our best to explain the cause of this unlikely event.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States (incl. AK and HI).

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! While we don’t have our wholesale options listed on our website just yet, we are happy to work with you. Contact us and we’ll get roasting! Samples are available by request, free of charge.
